Before you order
Which size should I pick? Every product has a "Which size am I?" tool. Enter your height and weight, choose "As designed" or "A little roomier", and it suggests your size. And if you'd like another size after delivery, we exchange it for EGP 120.
Can I order as a guest? Yes. An account simply keeps your addresses, orders and points in one place.
Paying
How do I pay? Cash on delivery, everywhere in Egypt. You pay the courier when the order is in your hands. Cards and mobile wallets will be added online when available.
Is my card safe? Card details go straight to our payment partner's secure page and stay there.
Delivery
How long does it take? 2 to 3 working days in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, 3 to 5 days everywhere else. See Shipping & delivery.
How do I track it? Track order with your order number and the phone number on the order.
Can I change or cancel? Yes, any time until the order is packed, from the tracking page or your account.
Swaps and returns
What if I want another size? Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, with the piece in new condition and its tags on. A size or colour exchange is EGP 120 and a return is EGP 200, with no fee if the piece is faulty or wrong. Terms apply. Details in Returns & exchanges.
