We collect only what we need to deliver your order and run the store, and we never sell your data. This policy follows Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020).
What we collect, and why
- To deliver your order: name, mobile (and an optional second number), delivery address, email and what you bought.
- Your account (optional): saved addresses, order history, wishlist, store credit, invite code and reviews you write.
- Payment: cash on delivery, or card through our payment partner. We never see or store your card number.
- If you start checkout and don't finish: the mobile you typed, kept for 24 hours so we can send one reminder. You can stop these.
- With your consent only: analytics and advertising cookies (see the cookie policy).
Who we share it with
Only what each needs to do its job: our delivery drivers or courier company (name, phone, address); payment partner; email (Resend), SMS and WhatsApp (Meta) providers for order messages; and our hosting and database providers. With your consent: Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok pixels. Some of these process data outside Egypt under their own safeguards.
Messages
Order updates (confirmation, shipping, delivery) are part of your order. Everything else (offers, reminders, drop alerts, review requests) you can stop at any time from the link in the message or in your account. Offers by email or SMS are sent only if you opt in.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires. Account data: until you delete your account. Unfinished-checkout numbers: 24 hours for the reminder. Analytics: per the cookie policy.
Children
The store is for people aged 18 and over. Under-18s may only order or open an account with a parent's or guardian's consent. If you believe a child gave us data without that consent, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Signed in: download your data or delete your account from your account page. Otherwise use the data request form or write to support@verowears.store. We reply within 7 working days. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, codes are single-use, and staff access is role-based, protected by two-factor sign-in and logged.
